Ingredients
- 1 cup mayo
- 3 tablespoons finely diced dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons coconut aminos
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon dried minced onion, or 2 tablespoons finely diced white onion
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar, 1-2 dashes of hot sauce
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients into a bowl and whisk well to fully incorporate everything together
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed (start with 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper), add any optional ingredients if desired
- Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 7 days
