Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (no added sugar)
- 3/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 4 slices uncooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Wash and cut Brussels sprouts in halves
- Place them on a baking sheet and add cranberries, walnuts and bacon
- Drizzle with balsamic. Toss to coat and evenly distribute ingredients
- Bake for 35-40 minutes depending on preference of how roasted the Brussels are
Notes
- Optional (not Whole30/Paleo): Add 1/4-1/3 cup of parmesan in the last 5 minutes of baking
