Ingredients
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons oil (olive oil or avocado oil)
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons fennel
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (or to taste)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, except the oil, thoroughly with your hands
- Add oil to a skillet over medium heat
- Cook the sausage mix about 8 minutes until browned and break down clumps
- Drain the grease

- Make in bulk and freeze in pound or half pound portions for later
- Make the seasoning in bulk ahead of time to have on hand for later
