Salmon Ingredients
- 2–4 salmon filets
- Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Bang Bang Sauce Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (or hot sauce, such as Franks)
- 2 teaspoons coconut aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Optional: 1 to 2 tablespoons of water to thin if desired
- Optional: Additional buffalo sauce or red pepper chili flakes for more spice, if desired, squeeze of lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- In a small bowl, mix the Bang Bang sauce ingredients thoroughly and place into the refrigerator
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and lightly coat the salmon with oil on a baking sheet
- Mix the salmon seasonings in a small bowl and coat the fillets
- Place salmon onto a baking sheet and brush the sauce onto the salmon, reserving some for after cooking
- Bake 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees F
- Brush the rest of the Bang Bang sauce onto the salmon and broil for 2 minutes
Notes
- The cook time may vary slightly based on the thickness of your salmon fillets
- Omit honey for Whole30
