Ingredients
- 1-pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 medium yellow onion, grated directly into the bowl
- 1.5 tablespoons Primal Kitchen Mayo
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic (about 2–3 cloves)
- 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- If your air fryer requires preheating, preheat it to 400 degrees F.
- Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and use your hands to mix. Stop mixing once the meat mixture is well combined (do not overmix). If the mixture is too wet, you can refrigerate the bowl for about 30 minutes
- Lightly spray the air fryer tray or basket with a cooking oil spray
- Roll the turkey mixture into balls of about 2 tablespoons per meatball
- Place the rolled meatballs into the air fryer basket or tray. They can be touching but don’t overlap too much. Depending on the size of your air fryer you may need to do this in two batches
- Cook on 400 degrees F. for 5 minutes. Flip the meatballs and cook an additional 5 minutes
- Remove the meatballs from the air fryer and serve with veggies, pasta, or in meal prep containers
Notes
- Ground chicken can be used in place of ground turkey. To use ground pork in place of turkey, use this recipe
