Air Fryer Pork Meatball Ingredients
You only need two ingredients aside from spices to make these Whole30 pork meatballs. It seems too easy, but they turn out absolutely delicious every time! You’ll need 1 pound of plain ground pork and half of a yellow onion. Then for seasonings, you’ll need salt, pepper, garlic powder, mustard powder and smoked paprika. That’s it! I get my spices and seasonings from Thrive Market for a discount, but everything used in this recipe is widely available at grocery stores.
Air Frying These Whole30 Pork Meatballs
The prepping and cooking process for these air fryer meatballs couldn’t be easier. You’ll first start by simply grating your half yellow onion directly into a mixing bowl. This keeps the onion “juice” contained and mixed into the meatballs, resulting in much more flavor than dicing an onion does.
Then, add the spices and pork, and use your hands to mix well. Don’t over-mix the meat, just enough to combine the pork with the spices and onion. Then form the pork into balls and place directly into your air fryer. You’ll get about 12 meatballs, and depending on what type of air fryer you have, you may need to place a few of them on top of the first layer of meatballs in your air fryer basket. This is totally fine!
The last step is to cook them on 375 degrees for 15 minutes, flipping halfway through with tongs. When you flip them, you might see a bit of the grease build up, but this will fall away when you turn them. Then remove, and serve over spaghetti squash, your favorite gluten-free noodles, zucchini noodles or on their own with veggie sides!

Very good. I would reduce cooking time for my air fryer. Made garlic soy sauce to go with it. Will definitely make again!!!

This was good and I would make it again. I’m on the Whole30 so I made a spaghetti dish out of it with sautéed zucchini and squash noodles and garlic and added a sugar free, whole ingredient tomato sauce and added some olives. I felt like I was cheating on my diet, but I wasn’t!
