Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 red pepper, stem and seeds removed and thinly sliced
- 1 green pepper, stem and seeds removed and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- 1 tbsp fajita seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well to evenly coat the chicken and vegetables with the oil and the seasoning
- Add the chicken and vegetables to the air fryer basket and cook on 350 degrees F. for 15 minutes, stir/toss halfway through using tongs or a fork
Notes
- Depending on how thick you sliced the chicken, you may need an additional few minutes of cooking time. If so, toss and cook for an additional 3 min as needed.
